The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling prescription drugs and medical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves educating doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers on product benefits, indications, and usage while driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Promote and sell medications to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers Present scientific and product information effectively Ensure proper product display in line with planograms Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation Deploy and manage POS materials (posters, shelf strips, display stands, etc.) Monitor stock levels and report daily Ensure product availability and correct pricing Collaborate with the Regional Manager to resolve out-of-stock issues Support in-store promotions (sampling, discounts, etc.) Ensure full compliance with promotional setups Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product visibility Report competitor activities and market trends Submit daily reports covering:

Doctor visits and activities Stock levels and near-expiry products Competitor insight

B.Sc in Biological Sciences or related discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities Good reporting and organizational skills.
