Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a content strategy to enhance Quest & Smartbanc visibility across digital platforms.
Oversee and regularly update Quest and Smartbanc social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
Produce engaging photo, video, and written content showcasing school activities, student achievements, and impact stories.
Document key school events for promotional purposes.
Create flyers, banners, newsletters, and digital campaigns to support outreach and fundraising efforts.
Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all media.
Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., faculty, advisory) for timely content delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields
1 - 2 years demonstrated experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Basic photography and video editing abilities.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Interest in education, youth development, or social impact is advantageous.
