About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager (Mechanical) to lead the mechanical maintenance operations across our Refinery, Solvent Extraction, Utilities, and Packaging sections.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to ensuring plant reliability and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical equipment.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of biomass/gas boilers, gas power plants, WTP, ETP, air compressors, and oil packing lines.
• Lead the installation, erection, and commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings for piping, fabrication, and plant modifications.
• Oversee in-house fabrication, welding, and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records of spares, consumables, and maintenance schedules.
• Train and guide maintenance teams on technical skills and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and utility departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliance.

Requirements

• Age: Maximum 35 years
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in mechanical maintenance within refinery, solvent extraction, or FMCG process industries

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, fabrication, piping, and equipment drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Experience with utilities such as boilers, gas engines, WTP, ETP, and compressors
• Project experience in the installation, erection, and commissioning of process plants
