Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain systems and software.
Assist users with technical issues and provide basic IT guidance.
Monitor IT equipment and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain proper records of IT-related issues and resolutions.
RequirementsHND/B.Sc.Ā Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
NYSC completion is compulsory.
Must be 27 years or below.
Good knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Must be based in or willing to work in Ilorin.
