We are Ā recruiting to fill the position below:

Ā Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. + 1 compulsory Saturday monthly Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory received, stored, transferred, issued, returned, damaged, or expired. Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and relevant documents, identifying and reporting quantity, quality, or delivery discrepancies. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records, investigating and reporting variances. Monitor stock levels, including low-stock, out-of-stock, overstocked, fast-moving, and slow-moving products, and provide timely updates to Procurement and Management. Monitor product expiry dates, implement FEFO principles where applicable, and ensure expired or damaged products are properly identified and documented. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the ERP or inventory management system for all stock movements and authorized adjustments. Prepare inventory reports and work closely with Procurement, Supervisors, and Management to minimize stock losses, wastage, discrepancies, and stock-outs.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and atĀ least 1 year of relevant inventory, stock control, warehouse, retail, supermarket, or FMCG experience. Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock counting, and reconciliation. Experience using ERP, inventory management, or stock control systems. Good Microsoft Excel, numerical, analytical, and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail, integrity, organization, and ability to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.


Remuneration

Salary: N150,000 net monthly HMO: Provided upon succesful completion and confirmation of employment.
