We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations (HOD) to oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Managing daily recycling operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Supervising production and operational teams to achieve set targets. Managing resources, equipment, and manpower effectively. Improving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Preparing operational reports and providing regular updates to management. Resolving operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree or HND Must have proven experience in the Recycling Industry. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Operations Management. Experience in recycling or manufacturing operations is required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage teams and consistently meet production targets. Good understanding of health, safety, quality, and operational procedures. Must be willing to reside in the company-provided accommodation.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 monthly. Accommodation is provided.
