About the Role

• ‎We’re looking for a dedicated and talented Female Video Creator to take full ownership of all video-related projects at Addandview.
• This is a key full-time role where your creativity and skills will directly shape the visual and brand identity of Addandview and our partner startups.

Responsibilities‎
‎Your work will include:

• ‎Being the focal point and producer of all Addandview videos.
• ‎Producing YouTube videos for our channel.
• ‎Creating engaging short-form videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• ‎Developing promotional and marketing videos for startups under our personalized partnerships
• ‎Transform ideas or rough drafts into polished, professional videos.
• ‎Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or other professional tools.
• ‎Ensure consistent quality and meet deadlines.
• ‎Collaborate with team members, admins, and other departments.
• ‎Stay up to date with video content and social media trends.

‎ Requirements

• ‎ Female applicants only.
• ‎ 1–2 years of experience in video creation/editing.
• ‎ Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• ‎ Strong creativity and ability to turn concepts into engaging videos.
• ‎ Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
• ‎ Able to work full-time, remotely.
• ‎ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Meet, Email, and Telegram as work tools.

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly (based on experience & performance).
• This is a starting salary for our growing startup, with room for growth as Addandview expands and based on performance.
• Extra bonus opportunities tied to video quality, deadlines, and creativity.
