Job Description

• A Sales Representative job description involvesselling a company's products or services by identifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating sales, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Key responsibilities include conducting customer needs analysis, generating sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to drive revenue growth and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively search for potential clients through various channels like cold calling, email, social media, or referrals to generate new sales opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs and pain points, and provide them with information and demonstrations about products or services.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations, highlight how products solve customer problems, and negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and company sales quotas and goals.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports to management.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 per month.
