Job Summary
We are looking to hire a well experienced Farm Manager. This person will have a minimum of 3 years verifiablefarm management experience and will report to the Chairman/Owner. Free accommodation will be provided.
ResponsibilitiesProfitably manage the operations of the palm oil and palm kernel mill factory, including maintenance and repairs of the machines.
Help manage the staff and oversee the general operations of the company’s both farms.
Be responsible for the revenue and profit growth from palm fruits, palm oil, plantain, andbanana produced on the farm.
Handle the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm.
Assist with the recruitment, training, and layoffs of staff members as needed.
Adhere strictly to the Chairman’s directives and ensure all operations are carried out with transparency and honesty, avoiding any form of fraud or misconduct by any staff members.
Always get the best price for any procurement or sales of goods, and fully protect the company’s best interest.
Qualifications3+ years farm management experience with a proven track record
No criminal or fraudulent intention, trustworthy, respectful, honest, professional, accountable.
