We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Sales Manager to drive business growth within the plastics packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and building a high-performing local sales team.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastics packaging market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide regular sales and market performance reports. Recruit, mentor, and manage the local sales team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales within the plastics packaging industry. Must be an expatriate with proven international sales and business development experience. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria for business development activities.
