MyWay Technologies Limited is preparing an airport-focused mobility platform for a controlled Lagos pilot. We are building our founding driver network and coordinating driver onboarding, app testing, training and pilot readiness.

We are recruiting a Driver Operations & Pilot Coordinator to help build our founding driver network.
Responsibilities Recruit, screen and onboard professional drivers.
Coordinate driver documentation, verification and vehicle checks.
Help drivers understand and test the MyWay Driver App.
Organise training and driver activation activities.
Maintain accurate driver records and recruitment reports.
Support field operations and controlled pilot journeys.
Gather driver feedback and work with the product team on operational issues.
RequirementsApproximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, mobility, fleet coordination or field operations.
Clear communication, organisation, dependable follow-up and good knowledge of Lagos transport operations are important.
Candidates should be comfortable using smartphones, spreadsheets and digital tools.
Driver recruitment or ride-hailing experience is an advantage.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 gross monthly.
