The role will combine digital strategy, content production, channel management, analytics and reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a disciplined digital communication strategy aligned with the DG’s Office, PPP delivery and investment-promotion priorities. Monitor website and social-media performance, engagement, enquiries, SEO indicators and campaign results; prepare concise analytics reports and evidence-based recommendations for improvement. Monitor online conversations, misinformation and reputation risks; verify facts, escalate sensitive issues promptly and support approved institutional responses. Maintain organised digital records, content archives, source materials, approvals and account-access controls, while protecting confidential and commercially sensitive information. Work closely with the DG’s Office, project teams and relevant units; provide timely digital coverage of official meetings, investor engagements, events and field activities where required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, English, Information Technology or a closely related discipline. Demonstrable professional experience in digital marketing, social-media management, content production or corporate/institutional communications, with evidence of campaigns or measurable digital outcomes. A portfolio or verifiable work samples demonstrating content creation, campaign execution, social-media management, video/graphic production, analytics or website/CMS work is required. Experience in Government, investment promotion, PPPs, infrastructure, development organisations, corporate communications or other stakeholder-sensitive environments will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

Excellent written and spoken English; strong storytelling, copywriting, editing, video editing, research, fact-checking and stakeholder-communication skills, with sound judgement on public-sector protocol and reputation risk. High integrity, discretion, attention to detail, initiative and political neutrality; able to work under pressure, interpret performance data, respond quickly to emerging issues and collaborate effectively across teams.

Working Condition:
