Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Title: Carpenter

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and renovating structures and fixtures using wood and other materials, reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling components like walls, floors, cabinets, and roofs, while operating various hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Door Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
• Building Framework Construction: Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
• General Carpentry: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship.

Relevant work experience / Qualifications

• Minimum of a Trade Test qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 -N170,000/Mnth
• Pension

• Overtime.
