Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach Loan Officers.
Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.
RequirementsHND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong Ā business development and people management skills.
Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
Must be highly motivated and genuinely willing to work.
Role Details & Benefits
Salary: N150,000 Monthly.
Work Schedule: Monday ā Friday (70% Field Work | 30% Office Work).
Training: Two (2) weeks of compulsory training before deployment.
Accommodation: Provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable.
Allowances: Weekly transportation and data allowances provided.
Compensation Structure: This is a strictly performance-based role.
