Multixept Associates Limited is an established Abuja architectural practice with over 25 years of professional delivery. We are creating an in house accountant role to bring financial control inside the business. It is a shared services appointment serving three legally separate businesses in architecture, construction and property development, each needing its own books, statutory registrations and audit trail We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Architect

Location:  Abuja office base, with site visits and travel as required

Report to: Managing Director The Role

This is a senior role, not a production role. You will lead design across every work stage, from briefing and concept through technical design and production information to construction administration. You will own the quality of design output before it reaches the Managing Director, prepare regulatory submissions, coordinate structural, MEP and specialist consultants, run drawing control and the RFI process, and supervise and develop the junior design team.

Who We Are Looking For

M.Arch from a recognised institution Current ARCON certification and full NIA membership, both required from day one, and not under suspension or investigation by any professional body At least six years of professional experience after graduation, with at least three in a senior or project lead capacity Demonstrated experience leading projects from briefing through to construction administration, not only production drawing Current knowledge of Nigeria Development Control, AGIS, LASDRI and applicable state planning submission requirements Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and developing junior technical staff Proficient in Revit, with AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent software expected A post graduate qualification is an advantage.

Portfolio walkthrough focused on construction documentation, not just concept work A live or take-home Revit exercise; do not rely on self-reported proficiency A design conflict discovered on site after drawings were issued: how it was resolved and how quickly Typical RFI turnaround and process Verify ARCON registration directly; request documentation.

Benchmark against ARCON-registered Architects at established Abuja practices with 6 years' experience. Weight Revit proficiency and construction documentation experience over portfolio aesthetics alone.
